Political Campaign Management

Political campaign management

A professional campaign team for candidates and parties — constituency analysis, a digital war room, candidate branding and voter outreach that runs inside Election Commission rules. We manage the machine so you can be the candidate.

What a managed campaign includes

Digital election campaigning — डिजिटल चुनाव प्रचार — has moved from Lok Sabha war rooms to municipal and panchayat contests. The difference between a managed campaign and a volunteer-run one shows everywhere: consistent messaging instead of scattered posts, sentiment data instead of loyalist reassurance, answered narratives instead of ignored ones, and compliance instead of expenditure-report surprises. We run campaigns as an accountable operation, and we are upfront about the one thing nobody can promise: the result.

Strategy and constituency analysis

A campaign roadmap built from constituency demographics, historical results, local issue mapping and segment profiling — so effort and budget go where votes actually move.

Digital war room

A dedicated team running your official social presence: content calendars, multilingual posts, monitoring and rapid response, with coordinated messaging across platforms.

Candidate branding

Positioning, narrative, visual identity, photography direction, posters and manifesto content — one consistent story from hoardings to WhatsApp display pictures.

Voter outreach

Structured outreach programmes: door-to-door material, booth-level worker tooling and opt-in, DLT-compliant SMS, WhatsApp and IVR communication in regional languages.

Surveys and sentiment analysis

Pre-poll surveys, issue tracking and ongoing sentiment monitoring across field, phone and digital — so weak areas are flagged while there is still time to act.

Event and rally promotion

Pre-event buzz, live coverage clips and post-event distribution for rallies, yatras and public meetings.

Who this is for

  • First-time candidates and aspirants building name recognition from scratch
  • Sitting representatives who need continuous presence, not just election-season activity
  • District and state party units coordinating multi-constituency digital operations
  • Local-body candidates who want professional management on realistic budgets

How a campaign runs

  1. Discovery and constituency audit

Candidate interview, digital-footprint review, constituency data study and an honest read of the opposition landscape.

  2. Strategy sign-off

Messaging pillars, channel plan, content calendar, team structure, budget allocation and a compliance checklist agreed with your team.

  3. War-room execution

Content production, daily publishing, outreach waves and event coverage, with sentiment check-ins feeding adjustments.

  4. Final push and wind-down

Polling-week intensification, a strict silence-period cutover, then post-poll reporting and expenditure documentation support.

Compliance we build in

MCMC pre-certification for political ads Expenditure-limit tracking and documentation Form 26 social-account disclosure 48-hour silence-period cutover DLT-compliant SMS and opt-in WhatsApp Consent-based voter data handling Model Code of Conduct review

We do not sell fake followers, anonymous attack pages or DND-violating blasts — campaigns that need those are campaigns we decline.

What it costs

We quote per project after the scoping call, because an honest number depends on scope rather than a price list. These are the factors that move it most:

  • Constituency size and type — a ward, an Assembly seat and a Lok Sabha seat need very different teams
  • Engagement duration — a six-to-twelve-month build-up versus a compressed final-weeks sprint
  • Ground component — pure digital versus digital plus surveys, booth coordination and event presence
  • Paid media and production budget — ad spend, video, photography and printing are variable costs on top of fees

Engagements run as a fixed-scope project, a dedicated team on monthly contract, or an ongoing support & care plan.

Questions

Can you guarantee I will win?

No, and no honest agency can — too much sits outside any campaign's control. What we commit to is professional execution, measurable reach and engagement, faster response than an unmanaged campaign, and data you can act on.

Is digital campaigning legal? Will I have trouble with the Election Commission?

It is legal, standard and regulated. Political ads on electronic and social media need MCMC pre-certification, all campaign spending counts toward your expenditure limit, accounts are declared in Form 26, and the 48-hour silence period applies online too. Keeping your campaign inside those lines is part of the service, not an extra.

Someone in my team already runs my Facebook page — why pay an agency?

Volunteer pages work until they do not: inconsistent posting, no strategy tied to voter segments, no monitoring of opposition narratives, and compliance mistakes that carry real consequences. An agency brings process, production quality and accountability under one roof.
